My food is my passion. My birth country Thailand shaped me and my love for food, learning from my mother and grandmother from an early age to working in restaurants and food stands in my youth to finally attending the prestigious Cordon Bleu Dusit culinary academy where I blossomed in to the chef I am today and the passion for food I want to share with the world.
